Welcome to the Kahsaya Villa, my name is Greg Galliard, I have been living in Bali for few years and I rent my villa when I’m away or during my holidays.
I make the best to be highly available to help you in the preparation of your stay and to share all that I have learned about Bali: best deals, prices and everything according to your needs.

The Kahsaya Villa is very comfortable, roomy and especially very nicely located with more than 400m² of living space (on 850m² site), very peaceful and close to everything (less than 5-10min).
The interior layout and decoration have been studied with attention… I let you discover by yourself, the offer includes a high quality service.

All our living rooms, kitchen, bedrooms etc can be fully opened or totally closed.

Three beautiful and spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, including a Master Bedroom. Each bedroom includes a king size bed, a dressing and a private bathroom with toilets. A children’s bedroom with a king size bed and air conditioning is located just next to the Master one.
A dining area with a long and friendly table and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, grill, washing machine, barbecue…).
There is a scullery with a living room for the staff, a garage for 2 vehicles supplemented by a secured and closed car park for several vehicles and scooter if needed.
The staff is in charge of everything in order to make your holiday idyllic.
- Wayan is in charge of cooking (local or international food), purchasing the food and managing the whole villa.
- Ketut is in charge of outside: security, swimming pool and garden.
- Salma is in charge of making the villa as clean as it has to be.
Our staff is very discreet and available. Thanks to their living room, they stay available all the time during their hour of work without entering your privacy.
Once your Airbnb booking is validated, we will be able to talk directly together. If you wish, I can call you in order to help the preparation of your journey and give you pieces of advice that will certainly make the difference!
On the arrival at the Villa, a local phone with credit will be waiting for you. You will be able to contact me easily and whenever you want.
My staff or I can assist you to rent a scooter or a car, prepare a visit outside the massive tourism, book a guide, a nanny, a house massage, manicure or pedicure, choose an activity (Safari park, Quad, Rafting, Surf, Diving etc), restaurant, a beautiful or secret beach, move into another island, purchases at the best price… Everything will be easy for you!

The access to the Kahsaya Villa is really easy. Only 15min from the airport, in a very peaceful neighborhood and close to everything (less than 5-10min from the beach and shops)

The rent of a vehicle (with or without driver) can be offered, and scooters or motorbike also. According to the desired range, we can negotiate the best prices.
Rules:
In order to respect Indonesian laws and Balinese culture, noisy parties and drug consumption are absolutely forbidden into the villa.
For information, the drug consumption is highly punished by death penalty in Indonesia.
A copy of the passport must be given at the arrival in order to do the police declaration for each tourist.
Our staff will be grateful towards his clientele to be respectful of the wonderful surroundings, to not smoking in the bedrooms and to be kind with the staff…
Balinese people are particularly smiling, welcoming and helpful.
Villa is available for 8 adults maximum, extra people on demand if children, according to their age.
Pets are forbidden.
